Refund & Exchange

Don't worry! you can Once you changed your mind or the size doesn't fit, You can exchange or return the item for a refund within 7 days after delivery.

Exchange

One-time exchange of the size / item with receipt is allowed within 7 days after picking up the products. The items must be in perfect condition as unworn with all labels attached. 

Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange. Please do not send the product back if exchange is not yet accepted. Kindly follow our exchange instructions in details…

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via WhatsApp that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Please note that all On-sale items/Swimwear/Inner are non-refundable.

Damage issue

In the rare occurrence that if you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or inbox message. An exchange will be processed after confirming the product is wrong, damaged or faulty. We will cover the costs of return shipping.
